Movie Advertisements - War for the Planet of the Apes

With this ad, I wanted to focus on the main event of the entire movie which was a snow storm scene at the very end. The lettering is big, bold and sharp to show the intensity and I chose red for bloodshed.

The War for the Planet of the Apes is a movie where humans and apes have a brutal war in order to reach their sanctuary. While watching this movie, I thought that the actual snowstorm fight was done an injustice in the advertising. I thought I would bring that to life with the color red which signifies bloodshed. A portion of the movie is about Cesar getting revenge so I created his eyes looking though WAR to show that he is angry and ready to kill. I choose to all caps to make the poster more intense.
